Description

The Wrapd Crystal UV Vacuum Curing Press bonds Crystal UV films to flat and curved screens in a single controlled cycle. A vacuum membrane presses the film evenly across the full surface while UV light cures the bonding, so the edges seal flush to curved displays with no lifting and no trapped air. A clean, precise cut is the starting point: a sharp blade at the correct depth keeps the film from folding and protects the adhesive along the edge, so it bonds fully once cured. Bench-top and simple to run: load the phone after applying the film, remove the protective layer with the wrapd pattern, close the lid, start the cycle.

Best results start with the cut. Edge bubbles almost always come from a damaged film edge, not from curing. Before cutting, check that the blade is sharp and set to the correct depth: a dull or over-deep blade folds the film and disturbs the adhesive along the edge, which then lifts after curing. Cut clean, then cure.
